Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. Below is our refund policy outlining the terms and conditions regarding refunds for services rendered:

 

Retainer Fees and Deposits: All retainer fees and deposits are considered non-refundable. These fees secure the date and services of our team, and therefore cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation.

 

Payments Made in Full: If a client has made full payment for our services and decides to cancel their booking, they may be eligible for a partial refund under the following conditions:

 

Cancellation must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled event date.

The refund will exclude the amount equivalent to the deposit/retainer fee.

Example: If the total payment is $1000 and the deposit/retainer fee was $200, then upon cancellation, the refund would be $800 ($1000 - $200).

 

Cancellation Procedure: To initiate a cancellation and request a refund, clients must notify us in writing (via email or letter) at least 14 days prior to the event date. The cancellation will be considered effective from the date the written notification is received by us.

 

Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 days of the cancellation notification date. We will refund the eligible amount via the same method used for the original payment, unless otherwise specified by the client.

 

Exceptions: In cases of extenuating circumstances, such as natural disasters or emergencies, we may consider exceptions to our refund policy. Any such exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Non-Transferable: Refunds are non-transferable and apply only to the client who made the original booking.

 

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect bookings made prior to the modification of the policy.

 

By engaging our services and submitting payment, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this refund policy.
